Outdoor Fountains
Outdoor fountains can be traced back to
ancient history of Egyptians, Persians and Mesopotamians. They were
pieces of art adorning the vast expanse of gardens, pathways and
courtyards. Italians and Greeks started the concept of wall fountains
as a complementing adornment of larger fountains.
Outdoor fountains also act as an important garden accessory. These
fountains are durable in nature; marble, granite, limestone, slate and
sandstone are other popular choice for such fountains.. They can be
used individually or in combinations. They can be used for residential
and commercial purpose.
The outdoor fountains can be in the form of large and small floor
fountains, wall fountains or plaque fountains, and tabletop fountains.
There are unique fountains depicting the craftsmanship of their
particular region. Greek, French, Egyptian fountains act as adornments
of palaces, government buildings.
