Garden Vases

Vases and urns give a new look to the gardens and stone vases specially add an air of warmth and antiquity. This type of container gardening originated in ancient Greece. Even now the Italian and Greek vases are considered to be the best.

The vases are generally ornamented. Traditionally the vases are of marble, granite and sandstone. They are carved and crafted in to different shapes and patterns. Vases generally have a stone pedestal base. The sizes can be from very huge to very small. The larger vases are a gardening style in them selves. The small garden planters can be used to plant ornamental plants or adorn the garden tables, and patio corners. They look good with flower arrangements or even without them.
